LAYNE BRUNER

FOUNDER

Layne Bruner, the founder of Wellthy Soul, uses her positive energy to inspire, motivate, and teach others how to fulfill their lives through health and joy. Layne is an American Council of Exercise Certified Health Coach and has teaching certifications for various branches of exercise. She uses this title to educate people about health and fitness topics through public speaking and publications in magazines, such as Austin Fitness Magazine. Layne holds a unique coaching style as she heavily incorporates mindful and spiritual practices. This approach stems from her belief that we cannot heal on the outside before we heal on the inside. Wellthy Soul ensures that wellness starts from within. This approach is how Layne has successfully helped clients lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks.

After 20+ years of professional dancing, Layne battled insecurity and self-doubt coupled with disordered eating. She broke this cycle with therapy, prayer, and soul work. Today, Layne uses this experience, combined with years of nutrition and fitness education training, to help people transform their lifestyles and live with more mobility, vitality, and fewer prescription drugs.

Today, Layne lives in Austin, TX, with her two boys and their dog. She spends her days coaching clients, teaching fitness classes, and spending time with family at the baseball fields or walking the trails.
