Julie Noyle, MS, RD, RYT obtained her Master’s in Human Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential through Colorado State University (CSU). After graduation, she worked on a grant that researched nutrition and physical activity program for preschoolers. When working at CSU, she was a study coordinator for a randomized controlled trial, developed a program curriculum, and presented several teacher trainings and conference presentations. Recently, she has been focused on community outreach by presenting “picky eating” seminars and fundamental nutrition workshops to adults. She has also started seeing private clients and families. She loves talking about nutrition and encourages clients to create small, sustainable goals for a lifetime of wellness.
Julie is also a registered yoga teacher. She obtained her 200-hour teacher training from Core Power Yoga in Fort Collins, CO. She went on to obtain her 85-hour prenatal yoga certification and an additional 20-hour postnatal yoga certification through Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX. She currently teaches group and private classes at The Haven, a yoga studio in Dripping Springs, TX. Julie enjoys the intuitive nature of yoga instruction by challenging students, all while meeting them where they are in the hopes of achieving confidence both on and off the mat.
