The class design includes low and high impact cardio, muscular strength and endurance, core-focused movements, and always includes mobility and functional components. Class design is intended to improve your overall fitness and while mimicking activities of daily life for physical body function.

Beginner to Intermediate Class

Barre Power

Grounded in ballet movements and paired with low impact cardio to build muscular endurance and strength. Created and lead by a life-long dancer who also loves to lift weights. Get ready to work!

Seven blocks of strength training, cardio, then Pilates mat work to develop the core, nine major muscle groups, and perform high or low impact cardio. Exclusive format.

Yoga Sculpt

Beginner yoga postures incorporating weight lifting, cardio blasts throughout the class, and mindful movements that open the hips functionally. Functional and primal movements included.

Intermediate to Advance Class

HIIT

Four blocks of strength training focused on the 9 major muscle groups. Cardio incorporated in each block. Powerful and challenging, made for atheletes.
