1-on-1 coaching is always our style. Get a personalized plan and regular check-ins to help you reach your goals. This is the key and our secret sauce to your success. From day 1 we are by your side each step of the way through to the finish.
The 6 Step Process
Step 1 – Functional Medicine
The first foundation is functional medicine. One of our three functional medicine doctors will order a functional medicine blood panel plus urinalysis after the blood work is returned. Your doctor will review in a 30-minute appointment line-by-line to discuss your current state of health. All of your questions will be answered. The doctor will make suggestions to improve your health and wellness.
Step 2 – Nourishment
Next your bloodwork is delivered with your permission to our clinical dietitian. She reviews your current biology and makes suggestions on what needs to be omitted from your current diet. She then provides eight weeks of meal plans intended to help you decrease body fat composition. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has snack options. All of our food is whole in nature and you are not required to buy any shakes or premade diet food.
Step 3 - Movement/Fitness
After understanding your nutrition, it’s time to get a safe and customized fitness plan in place. You will have a live and virtual meeting with your master trainer. Most clients start with a simple commitment to walk and increase intensity as your confidence grows. This plan will be customized to your current mobility and abilities.
Step 4 - Time Management Practice
The time management practice we formulated will help you to re-prioritize your own well-being. Each week you will establish a plan before the week begins understanding work and personal responsibilities as well as your exercise grocery shopping link and other details pertinent to your lifestyle transformation. No more excuses to why you aren’t working out or eating well. Your plan will be solid and you can activate it starting each Monday.
Step 5 - Mindset Work
Sustainable change requires a strong mindset. It’s easy to slide back into old ways unless you have the proper frame of mind. In our daily mindset practice you will learn how to set small daily goals, incorporate gratitude, celebrate small wins and create statements of truth to help you stay on track. This is some of your most important work with Wellthy Soul.
Step 6 - Soul Work
Finding time daily to calm your mind and body, lowering cortisol is pertinent to this process. Soul work isn’t a religious practice necessarily. This work allows you to slow down and listen to what your body, mind and soul needs. It can look like meditation, prayer, hiking, and spending time in nature. With 8 weeks of soul work suggestions, we will encourage you to find an activity that helps you to relieve stress and calm your mind, body and soul during a very busy season of life.

What Else Is Included?
You will download our app that syncs with your wearable device. That data syncs into our app and we will be checking on you at 8am, 1pm and 5pm daily. With real-time questions and updates, our team is tracking your progress moment by moment.
You will meet with our medical team to review your bloodwork and urinalysis. In that meeting, we will suggest supplementation if needed.
You will also receive 1 on 1 sessions every other week. Those sessions will always be led by your Personal Health Advisor who could be joined by Layne, your dietician or another provider who will help you get closer to your goals.
Weekly Goal Planning
Every Monday at 11am CST, Layne leads the weekly goal setting mastermind with all active clients. You will set your goals for the week and receive weekly education.
Clinical Dietician Education
Every Friday at 11am CST, our Clinical Dietician leads the weekly nutrition mastermind with all active clients. You will receive 15-20 minutes of nutrition education then ask questions about your meal plan.

It’s not all about losing weight? Absolutely not. It’s also about the self-confidence, deeper faith in God’s plan for me, and feeling ready and able for whatever each day brings. I turn 44 in October 2021, and am the healthiest I’ve been since my 20s. I’m a widowed, solo parent, who can confidently keep up with my kiddo and will hopefully be here for her for many years to come.
