Combining Functional Medicine and Functional Nutrition, The Nutrition Program is a four-phase process that spans six months. Wellthy Soul clients will understand how their body is currently performing on a biological level through bloodwork and urinalysis. Next, the Nutrition Team will study, review, and plan each client’s personal nutrition plan. This program is designed for individuals who do not need intensive accountability coaching, but would benefit from weight loss or sports nutrition. This program is also helpful when learning how to eat a prescribed diet assigned by a medical professional. Our goal is to provide nutritional education, first and delicious food, second.

The Nutrition Program includes:

  • Functional Medicine bloodwork panel and urinalysis
  • Functional Doctor private review of blood and urine, 20 minutes via telemedicine
  • Registered Dietician- three (3) consultations with our registered dietician
  • Meal Plans – three (3) customized whole-food meal plans
  • Nutrition Coaching – three (3) 60-minute calls to access progress and provide support
  • Email access to your nutritionist for follow up questions
After an initial nutritional survey is completed by the client, our dieticians spend one (1) hour of preparation on your account, one (1) hour on the call with you understanding our needs, and one (1) hour preparing your meal plan and vitamin and mineral suggestions.
This program is designed for individuals who do not need intensive accountably coaching, but would benefit from weight loss or sports nutrition.

The Nutrition Program Phase I

First, clients use Labcorp anywhere in the United States to have the bloodwork and urinalysis performed. Next, the client has thorough 20-30 minute, Functional Doctor review of the findings. The doctor may suggest nutritional supplementation if necessary for an additional fee. This phase is optional if the Wellthy Soul client has current bloodwork performed in the past six months.

Phase II

Next, our Clinical Dietician or Registered Dietician performs a review of the client’s bloodwork. After understanding deficiencies, the R.D. leads a 60-minute video call with the client. A custom meal plan is provided plus an approved food choice list. If requested, an assigned level of macros will be provided splitting carbs, protein and fat to help the client reach their nutrition or body composition goals.

Phase III

Next, our Clinical Dietician or Registered Dietician performs a review of past 1.5-2 months. The R.D. reviews the client’s food logs, survey and body composition progress. After the review, the R.D. leads a 60-minute video call with the client. Next, a new, one-week meal plan is provided plus an approved food choice list. Macros will be adjusted as needed to help the client reach their nutrition or body composition goals.
